As a UI and UX Designer, you will craft product experiences for our customers, partners, and internal teams. Take ownership of the project’s end-to-end process, from discovery through launch and iteration. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and business leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the product team to iteratively improve user experience across our products
• Work with engineers to create specific solutions for tactical business problems identified by Product
• Create designs from wire framing to high-fidelity
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and specifics of a user-centric design process
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Participate in regular design reviews – seek out specific feedback on your designs, iterate, and incorporate different feedback

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or related field
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience at software companies and experience working in fast-paced startups
• Expertise in User Experience and User Interface development (UI/UX)
• Deep knowledge and prior experience in user research and usability testing practices
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products
• Ability to create solutions that consider end-to-end user flows and impacts on adjacent experiences
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Excellent eye for detail
